Confidence Building and Motivation

 What is the goal of the module?

                     

 

The goal of the ‘Confidence Building Motivation’ module is to help young people boost their confidence and to help them stay motivated in their everyday life and in their entrepreneurial path. This module wants to enable young people to develop more self-awareness, more motivation and to see themselves as entrepreneurs.

The ENTREPVET Entrepreneurial journey is designed to build their employability skills and in particular in this module, to boost their soft skills and motivation.  

This module has been designed in order to be delivered with the help of a trainer.

 What are the learning outcomes?

At the end of this module,

  • The learner will acquire more awareness of themselves and of their value
  • The learner will have a boost in their motivation.
  • The learner will be able to identify their own skills, talents and abilities.
  • The learner is aware of different elements that may help them increase their self-awareness
    The learner has a better opinion of their skills.

Aim of the lesson plan:

To highlight the importance of self-awareness and to increase participants’ feelings of self-worth

Learning Outcomes:

The learners understand the connection between self-awareness and self confidence
and realise the common characteristics related to it

Learners understand the importance of staying motivated and not giving up

To understand the skills and competences related to networking.

Learning Outcomes:

Learners can visualise themselves while networking with others in formal or informal
settings.
