For the partners who’ve never worked together before, the kick-off meeting was the perfect opportunity to find out more about each-other’s work!

In this regard, we’ve dedicated the first day of our meeting to short presentations about our organizations and the activities we carry out for the benefit of our society.

Finding out more about our specific expertise has helped us in the 2nd and 3rd days of our kick-off meeting, as to decide which partner is more skilled to deal with a certain task.

In the end, we had productively covered all the management aspects within the agenda: social media plan, evaluation, website, timesheets and many more!
